Orange County Recorder - Newport Beach: Don Burns rows across Newport Harbor to his 42-foot cutter Fiona, which was built in Poole, England in 1912. Two guys in a motorboat pause in the middle of the harbor to toss a compliment Fiona's way. "She's a beauty, That's for sure!" one shouts out, raising a beer can in salute.
